What to Expect

First Course: Enjoy a curated appetizer as you arrive with a carefully selected brew to match. 

-Poached pear, roasted endive, lapsang granita, pistachio, Thai basil

Second Course: A delicate salad perfectly complemented by a refreshing, crisp beer.

-Arugula, orange marmalade vinaigrette, smashed cucumber, orange supreme tossed in tajin, mint 

Main Course: A tantalizing seafood or beef dish with bold flavors paired with a robust beer to elevate the experience.

-Beef: Braised short rib, carrot & parsnip puree, shiitake, rainbow carrots, charred onion wedges, demi, cilantro

-Salmon: Salmon fillet, pesto risotto, tomato jam, shaved parmesan, torn basil, olive oil

Dessert: A decadent sweet treat paired with a rich, dark beer to complete your dining journey.

Samuel J. Comroe, a Los Angeles native, is a stand-up comedian who performs at over 100 clubs and colleges annually. He made his TV debut on TBS’ Conan and has appeared on BET’s "Real Husbands of Hollywood" with Kevin Hart. In addition to his TV appearances Sam was recently featured on All Def Digital’s Comedy Originals. He is also the winner of Ricky Gervais’ Comedy Competition, The San Francisco Comedy Competition, and has over 45,000 subscribers on his Youtube Channel. His comedy is made up of the trials and tribulations of living with Tourette Syndrome since being diagnosed at age six and observational material based on his life experiences. Most recently, he finished in 4th place on Season 13 of "America's Got Talent" on NBC.

Full Cord takes our stage on May 2nd, 2025! 

When it comes to movers and shakers in the bluegrass world, Full Cord is a super-group on the rise. 

After winning the prestigious 2022 Telluride Bluegrass Band Competition in Colorado, the Michigan-based group followed that with another much-coveted honor when the International Bluegrass Music Association named Full Cord its “Momentum Award Band of the Year.” 

While mandolinist Brian Oberlin notes the band’s music “is new and fresh to the ears of seasoned bluegrass fans,” the bluegrass traditions in Full Cord have deep roots. The group’s members – Oberlin, guitarist Eric Langejans, bassist Todd Kirchner – boast decades of musical artistry, with experience in popular performing bands from Michigan to Oregon. The group brings along top players to fill in fiddle and banjo to round out that rich bluegrass tone. The band’s debut album on Nashville’s Dark Shadow Recording released in Nov. of 2023 and has maintained charting positions through spring of '24. 

Full Cord’s songwriting has reached a new “tipping point,” Manager Katie Kirchner suggests, enhanced by the group’s vast repertoire and robust experience in numerous band projects over the years. And Oberlin insists the band is “just hitting its stride” – ready to follow in the footsteps of fellow Michigan bluegrass icons Billy Strings and Greensky Bluegrass as yet another star in the making.
